About charitable foundation “MAXIMUM”
The founder of the international charitable fund “Maximum” – Nudga Maxim Petrovich. He has a higher education and is a social worker. Since 2009 she has been helping children in boarding schools, orphans, working with adolescents and youth at risk.
The Maximum Foundation was founded on March 1, 2016, although an initiative group to help children in boarding schools has been operating since 2009.
We create programs for smart and effective charity that changes lives:
- Mentoring. We select individual mentors for children in boarding schools, so that each of them receives the necessary personal attention.
- Adaptation and socialization programs for boarding school graduates.
- Programs to support families in difficult life circumstances to preserve the biological family of children.
- Support adolescents who are at risk and need help to become whole individuals and full members of society.
Each of our programs and initiatives is a response to the problems and challenges that children, adolescents and young people face.
The Maximum Charitable Foundation cooperates with governmental and non-governmental entities in the field of protection of children, adolescents and youth. Everyone can personally join and become part of an effective charity that has long-term positive consequences for society as a whole.

Administrative and supervisory functions in the Fund are performed by the Supervisory Board consisting of three persons elected for a term of 3 years. Composition of the Supervisory Board:

The Supervisory Board approves the Foundation’s charitable programs and monitors the compliance of the Fund’s activities and use of its assets with its charter. Meetings of the Supervisory Board are held at least once a year
The competence of the Supervisory Board includes:
- exercising control over the financial activities of the Fund;
- drawing up an opinion on annual reports and balance sheets;
- has the right to demand the convening of an extraordinary General Meeting;
The Supervisory Board has the right to require the Fund’s officials to submit the necessary materials, accounting and other documents and personal explanations.
REPORTS
In 2017, we received 69,900 hryvnias from the fund!
Of them:
- UAH 55,000 – a monthly contribution from Artem Solovyov in the amount of UAH 5,000
- UAH 14,000 – mini grant from Lviv Educational Foundation
- UAH 500 charitable contribution
- UAH 200 – charitable contribution
Costs:
- 50,000 – a monthly rent of UAH 5,000 for the premises for the PM Center “Maximum”, which began in March 2017.
- 1675 UAH – For providing one-time services of a realtor, when searching for premises for PM Center “Maximum”
- UAH 566 – paint, bones and solvent for painting sofas in the PM center
- 2111, 43 UAH – Materials for art therapy with money from “Lviv Educational Foundation”
- UAH 2206.03 – Stationery for the youth center with money from the Lviv Educational Foundation
- UAH 3,500 – sports equipment for football and volleyball competitions in the orphanage, as well as for the use of this equipment in subsequent sports competitions. with money from “Lviv Educational Foundation”
- 700 UAH – medals, cups and diplomas for children’s awards in these tournaments
- UAH 6,360 – a tent for holding an annual tent camp for orphans. With money from “Lviv Educational Foundation”
- UAH 4919.99 – products to the orphanage camp
- 1438.36 – products for the prom in the orphanage №1
- UAH 40 – Bank fee for payments
Total, for 2017, costs: 73,516.81 hryvnias
There were also your contributions in the form of volunteering! There were own purchases for some activities carried out by the fund. Your support in disseminating information about smart and effective charity!

- 60,000 UAH – monthly contribution from Artem Solovyov in the amount of 5,000 UAH
- 4,000 UAH – Shchychko Vadym Oleksandrovych
- 97.25 UAH – charitable contribution
- 194.25 – charitable contribution
- 500 UAH – Andreeva Iryna Serhiivna
- 100 UAH – Vasylenko Victoria Oldeksandrivna
Costs:
- 60,000 – monthly rent
- 5,000 UAH, for the premises for the PM Center “Maximum”
- 4688.44 – tent camp
- 646 – orphan’s birthday
Total, for 2017, costs: 65344.44 UAH

In 2019, we received 118,917 hryvnias to the fund’s account!
Costs:
- 45,000 rent of the youth center “Maximum”
- 60,000 opening and renting of the integration center
- 9900 conference for foster parents of Dnipropetrovsk region
- 13 commission costs
There was also a lot of volunteer help, food help, advice, professional help!
The application has all the information about income and expenses!
Since February 24, with the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the work of the fund has undergone some changes. Therefore, the reports will now be published monthly
Report for March
- ❣️198 families received food.
- There are 456 children in them?
- 260 people were evacuated / settled.
- ? Humanitarian aid was transferred to Lysychansk twice.
- ? once to the military hospital in Pavlograd.
